河北省能源可持续发展的因子分析及政策建议

Factor Analysis and Recommendations Policies on Sustainable Development of Energy for Hebei Province

能源作为人类社会赖以生存和发展的物质基础,在国民经济中具有重要的战略地位。本文从能源供需、能源利用及生态环境四个方面选取了九个指标,通过因子分析就影响能源可持续发展能力的主要因素建立因子分析模型。此外,将中国三十一省市在公共因子上的得分进行排序比较,对河北省能源的可持续发展能力进行综合评价,并提出相关的政策建议。

Energy sources, as the material basis for surviving and developing of human beings＇ society, plays a strategically important role in na- tional economy. This paper introduces nine indices in four fields, energy consumption, energy supply, energy utilization and environment protec- tion, to establish the factor model to analyze the main factors that influence the capacity of sustainable development of energy of a region. In addi- tion, by comparing the scores that the 31 provinces in China got at each factor, we comprehensively evaluated the capacity of sustainable develop- ment of energy of Hebei province, and some policy recommendations were come up with at the end of this paper.
