经尿道等离子体前列腺切除术治疗重度前列腺增生的体位护理

Nursing care of transurethral plasma resection of prostate in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨经尿道等离子体前列腺切除术术中、术后最佳体位的护理方法。方法 78例患者采用截石位、臀部垫高、髋关节屈曲90°,膝关节约100°左右,术后采取半坐卧位。结果手术均顺利完成,所有患者均未发生下肢静脉血栓、坠积性肺炎等并发症,痊愈出院。结论正确舒适的术中、术后体位护理对确保手术顺利,预防并发症,促进患者康复起到了积极作用。

Objective To explore transurethral plasma resection of prostate（PKRP） during and after the operation, the best position of the nursing method. Methods 76 patients underwent lithotomy position, hip pads, hip flexion in 90°, flexion of knee joint about 100°or so, after operation taking half lying position. Results Operations were successfully performed in all patients, without the occurrence of 1 case of deep vein thrombosis, hypostatic pneumonia and other complications, were cured and discharged.
