摘要
某碾压混凝土重力坝地处寒冷地区,且其施工方式采取通仓浇筑,不分纵缝以及越冬长间歇式的施工方法,增加了该碾压混凝土坝温控和防裂难度。为了对该工程温控措施及效果作深入了解,选取挡水坝段为研究对象,采用3种方案进行三维有限元温控防裂仿真分析。通过3种方案结果的对比,总结出在坝体施工过程中采取保温及通冷却水管的温控措施对改善坝体温度分布、降低温度应力、防止坝体出现裂缝具有重要意义,结果对该工程及类似工程的结构设计和具体施工具有重要的指导意义。
A roller compacted concrete gravity dam is located in cold region, in its construction, the long block pouring method is adopted without longitudinal joints and with intermittent construction in overwintering, which would increase the difficulty of temperature control and crack control. In order to have a deep understand of the temperature control measures and effect of the project, the water retaining dam section is selected as the study object in this article, and three schemes are adopted for 3-D finite element simulation analysis. Compared with the results of the three schemes, it can be concluded that the temperature control measures such as insulation and cooling water pipes have important significance to improve the dam temperature distribution, lower the temperature stress and prevent the dam cracks. Also, the results of this article have important guiding significance in the structural design and construction of the project and similar ones.
