摘要
客户经理制的实施不仅有利于商业银行核心竞争力的提升,还有利于满足客户日益多样化的需求,有利于促进个人银行业务的发展。在阐述客户经理制实施必要性的基础上,客观地分析当前存在的种种问题,进而针对性地提出完善之策,以期提升商业银行服务意识和管理水平。
The implementation of client manager mechanism (CMM) will not only improve the core competitiveness of commercial banks, but also meet the requirements of different clients and promote the transaction of personal banking. This paper analyzes the necessity of implementing the CMM, points out the existing problems, and proposes measures to handle them as an attempt to improve the service awareness and management level of commercial banks.
