It is of vital importance to foster a high-level vocational training teaching staff for higher vocational colleges in order to play the function of vocational training effectively. Through the comparison of vocational training education with vocational degree education, this article analyzes vocational ability characteristics of vocational training teachers, defines capacity requirements for them, and proposes methods and strategies of fostering a high-level vocational training teaching staff.
