摘要
目的研究参丹滴丸对盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO)诱导大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用大鼠皮下多点注射ISO(2 mg/kg),观察参丹滴丸对大鼠注射ISO后不同时间点心电图(ECG)J点及T波下移的影响;采用大鼠急性心肌损伤模型,探讨参丹滴丸对血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)活性和心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果参丹滴丸各剂量组均可明显改善ISO引起的大鼠心电图J点及T波下移变化(P<0.05或P<0.01);均可不同程度降低AST、LDH、CK、MDA水平,提高SOD活性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论参丹滴丸对ISO诱导大鼠心肌缺血模型具有明显的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Shendan Drop Pills on acute myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoproterenol in rats. Methods Acute myocardial ischemic models were established by hypodermic injection of isoproterenol(2mg/kg). ECG of the rats was recorded in order to observe the effect of Shendan Drop Pills on the descent of J point and T wave. The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined. Results Shendan Drop Pills could inhibit the descent of J point and T wave of ECG in rat myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Shendan Drop Pills could obviously inhibit the levels of serum AST, CK, LDH and MDA, and enhance serum SOD activity (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Shendan Drop Pills can observably ameliorate myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoproterenol in rats.
