应用DL模式突破工学交替的瓶颈

摘要 工学交替人才培养模式,在实施的过程中遇到学生顶岗实习和教学计划相冲突的瓶颈。由长春汽车工业高等专科学校魏崴校长提出的"DL"(Doing by Learning)教学模式能从根本上突破这一瓶颈,使工学交替取得显著的成效。对"DL"教学模式进行较深入的研究,并提出应用"DL"教学模式成功突破工学交替瓶颈的具体方法。 Personnel training mode of alternation between working and studying encounter bottleneck of conflict between working practice and teaching plan in the course of implementation. "DL" ( abbreviation of Doing by Learning ) teaching mode which is put forward by Wei Wei who is Principal of Changchun Automobile Industry Institute fundamentally break through the bottleneck. Accordingly, "DL" teaching mode has achieved remarkable results in alternation between working and studying. This paper conduct indepth study of "DL" teaching mode and propose solutions to the problem that applying "DL" teaching mode break through the bottleneck of alternation between working and studying.
