摘要
目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药情况,探讨其耐药性与临床抗菌药物使用情况的关系,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供证据,并为干预策略提供参考。方法分析某院2011年第三季度至2012年第三季度检出的281株鲍曼不动杆菌及药敏试验结果,结合各季度抗菌药物使用情况来分析其相关关系。结果鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率与抗菌药物使用率、总使用强度(AUD)、氟喹诺酮类和β-内酰胺类药物的AUD呈正相关(R2值分别为0.920、0.866、0.910、0.911,P<0.05)。结论鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药率与抗菌药物的种类及使用强度和使用率有关。抗菌药物的合理选择和使用均是控制其耐药性产生的重要措施。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii, and its relationship with clinical consumption of antibacterial drugs. Methods A total of 281 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were detected in our hospital from the third quarter of 2011 to the third quarter of 2012. The results of sensitivity test, the consumption of antibacterial agents in each quarter, and their relationships were analyzed. Results Resistance rates of Acinetobaeter baumannii were positively correlated with the utility rate of antibacterials, total antibiotics use density ( AUD ), quinolones use density, and ~ - lactam antibiotics use density ( R^2 = 0. 920, 0. 866, 0. 910, 0. 911, P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii resistance rates are closely associated with the type, utility rates and intensity of antibacterial drugs. Rational selection and use of antibacterial agents is important to control the drug resistance of Acinetobaeter baumannii.
