核电站非安全级DCS机柜散热风机选择分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高核电站非安全级DCS系统的可靠性,介绍了核电站非安全级DCS机柜散热设计中,风机选择的计算过程。从在役及在建核电站DCS系统机柜的散热设计角度,分别说明了机柜散热用风机的分类、典型风机工作特点、风道布置,并采用工程传热分析设计的方法,详细描述了风机参数计算、风机平均故障前时间的估算过程。给出了核电站非安全级DCS机柜散热设计工程理论指导方法。机柜散热风机选择方法为核电站非安全级DCS系统可靠性提供了进一步的保障,对实际的机柜散热设计具有指导借鉴意义。 In order to improve the reliability of non-safety level DCS in nuclear power plant ( NPP ) , the calculation procedures for selecting the cooling fans in heat dissipation design of non-safety level DCS cabinets in nuclear power plant are summarized. Based on the heat dissipation design of DCS cabinets in nuclear power plants currently in service or under construction, the calculation of parameters of the cooling fans and the estimation of the mean time to failure ( MTFFI of fan are described in detail. The advising method for engineering theoretical design of heat dissipation in non-safety level DCS cabinets in NPP is given, and the selection method of the cooling fans further ensures the reliability of the non-safety level DCS in NPP, and the method is good reference for heat dissipation design of cabinets.
