摘要
针对物流运输和仓储现场实时信息采集、传输和处理的要求,设计开发了包含车载运输模块和物流仓储模块的智能物流平台。车载运输模块由物联网网关、无线智能传感器节点组成WSN网络,结合GPS定位、3G网络和云计算等将在线行使车辆数据实时上传监控中心;同时,搭建了基于WSN网络的物流仓储模块,设计了基于WSN的移动式RFID读卡器。重点描述了智能平台的网络拓扑、节点硬件和嵌入式软件的设计过程。测试表明,此系统能够满足物流企业日常使用需要,有效提升物流信息化水平。
In accordance with the requirements of real time information acquisition, transmission and processing for logistics transportation and warehousing site, the intelligent logistics platform consisting of vehicle transportation module and logistics warehousing module has been developed. The vehicle transportation module is composed of IoT gateway and wireless sensor network nodes. By combining GPS, 3G network, and cloud computation, the data of vehicles running online are uploaded to monitoring center in real time. Inaddition, the logistics warehousing module is also built with WSN, and the mobile RFID card reader based on WSN is designed. The network topology of the intelligent platform, node hardware and design procedures of embedded software are described emphatically. The tests show that the system meets daily use requirements and effectively upgrades informationization level of logistics.
