摘要 激光器驱动电路是光时域反射仪(OTDR)系统中的重要组成部分,其技术指标直接影响整个OTDR系统的工作性能。对OTDR系统中激光器驱动电路的设计原理进行了论述,讨论了驱动电路对激光器件的选择,详细给出了激光器驱动电路的硬件设计方案。该驱动电路实现了激光脉冲的大功率、脉冲宽度和脉冲频率可调,从而大大提高了OTDR系统动态探测范围和分辨率,同时充分考虑了对激光器的保护,具有很强的可行性和实用性。 The laser driving circuit is one of the important parts of optical time domain reflectometer ( OTDR), its technical indexes directly affect the general operation performance of OTDR. Firstly, the design principle of such driving circuit is expounded. Then the selection of laser devices is discussed, and the hardware design scheme of the driving circuit is given in detail. This circuit implements high power laser pulses with adjustable pulse width and frequency, and greatly increases dynamic detection range and resolution for OTDR system, in addition, the protection for the lasers is fully to be considered; thus it is highly feasible and practicable.
