摘要
针对当前倾角测量仪器不能确定倾角方位的问题,提出了一种基于双轴加速度倾角传感器的斜面倾角和倾角方位的测量方法。通过数学建模推导了倾角和倾角方位的计算公式,设计了倾角和倾角方位测量的软硬件系统。试验结果表明,该方法结构简单,测量比较准确,实现了斜面倾角和倾角方位的测量,可用于自动控制和机器人等控制领域中。
At present, most of the measuring instruments for inclination angle cannot determine the orientation of inclination angle, aiming at this problem, the method based on dual axis acceleration inclination angle sensor for measuring inclination angle of bevel face and the azimuth of inclination angle is proposed. The calculating formulas of inclination angle and azimuth of inclination angle are derived through mathematical modeling, and the software and hardware system of the measurement has been designed. The results of experiment show that this method features simple structure and more accurate measurement, it implements the measurement for inclination angle of bevel face and the azimuth of inclination angle; it can be used in automatic control and robot control fields.
