摘要
本文为校核一种电动轮椅站立机构的强度与刚度,避免繁杂非线性的整机分析,因此对关键零件推杆进行了刚柔耦合分析,并在建立整个机构动力学数学模型的基础上进行了近似静力分析,两者分析结果保持一致。结果表明轮椅站立机构的强度与刚度满足要求。
This paper is aimed to verify the strength and stiffness on a standing mechanism of electric wheelchair. To avoid complicated non-liner calculation, a Rigid-flexible coupling model was founded to analysis. On the basis of the establishment of the kinetics mathematicaI model of the standing mechanism, an approximate static analysis was proceed. The two results are consistent and show that the strength and stiffness both meet the requirements.
