摘要
水泥稳定碎石串联式双拌缸两级拌和是以混合料拌和工艺的改进研究为出发点,通过改进混合料拌和工艺后,进一步调整水泥剂量,改善了混合料材料性能,有效提高了铺筑效果,克服了裂缝、离析等质量通病,研究成果将更有效地促进和完善水泥低剂量抗裂型水泥稳定碎石混合料技术的应用,对结构收缩应力大、有冻胀危害的寒冷地区道路施工,在确保路面基层施工质量、提高路面耐久性方面具有借鉴意义。
Cement stabilized macadam tandem type double mixing cylinder two -stage malaxation takes the improvement research of mixture malaxation technology as the starting point. The performance of mixture has been improved; the pavement effect has been elevated; and the common quality problems such as cracks and separation, etc. have been overcome by improving mixture malaxation technology and further adjust cement dose. The research result can promote and perfect the application of cement low dose anti - crack type cement stabilized macadam mixture technology, and it has reference significance to the road construction with large structural shrinkage stress and frost heave damage in cold region, and to the construction quality of base course of pavement~ guarantee and pavement durability's improvement.
