高速公路项目的建设管理是一个系统工程。在建设期内,安全、质量、环境保护贯穿其中,是管理的重点和难点。结合丹通高速公路的管理实践对管理的制度化、科学化、标准化进行了探索和研究,对项目的混凝土通病专项治理活动进行了总结。

The construction and management of expressway is a system project, within the construction period, safety, quality and environmental protection are throughout all the way, and they are the key and difficult points of management, the institutionalization, scientization and standardization of management are explored and researched combining with the management practice of Dantong expressway, and the special project managing activities for concrete common problems are summarized.
