益肾活血方治疗糖尿病肾病60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yi Shen Huo Xue Prescription Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察益肾活血方治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取我院门诊和住院部诊断为糖尿病肾病患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予降糖、控制血压及饮食治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用益肾活血方治疗,比较二者治疗前后24h尿蛋白、血尿素氮、肌酐的变化。结果治疗后治疗组24h尿蛋白定量为(0.92±0.23)g,明显低于对照组的(1.24±0.36)g,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01);治疗后两组血尿素氮、肌酐较治疗前均明显下降(p<0.01),且治疗组血肌酐较对照组下降更明显(p<0.01),血尿素氮较对照组未见明显下降(p>0.05)。结论益肾活血方可显著降低尿蛋白,改善肾功能,延缓糖尿病肾病的进展,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of yi shen huo xue prescription which are used to treat di- abetic nephropathy. Explore the best treatment of the disease. Method 60 patients were selected from the People＇ s Hos- pital of Yangchun who suffers from diabetic nephropathy （DN）. They were divided into two groups at random： yi shen huo xue prescription group A and group B. Each group had 30 cases. Group B was treated with controlling of blood sugar and blood pressure and supportive measures, besides that group A was treated with yi shen huo xue prescription. We observe the proteinuria, Cr, BUN and Live Function pre- treatment and past- treatment. Result The proteinuria had decreased after treatment in both of group （p 〈 0. 01 ）. The proteinuria of group A （0. 92 ＋ 0. 23 ） g./24h was significant difference between the group B （ 1.24 ~ 0. 36） g/24h after treatment （p 〈 0. 01 ）. The Cr and BUN had decreased after treatment in both of group （p 〈0. 01 ） ; the group A was better than group B in decreasing the Cr （p 〈0. 01 ）, but there was no signif- icant difference in decreasing the BUN （p 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The yi shen huo xue prescription was effective in pre- venting the development or progression of diabetic nephropathy and proteinuria. So it was a safe, effective way to treat dia- betic nephropathy.
