驻青韩资企业社会责任缺失问题探析

Research on the Absence of Social Responsibilities of South Korea-Capital Enterprises in Qingdao

韩资企业进入青岛后,存在着环境污染严重、逃税、缺失诚信、侵犯员工权利和拖欠员工工资等漠视社会责任的问题。我们应该认真探讨问题产生的原因,寻求解决的对策。治理韩资企业社会责任缺失问题,要积极建立社会责任评价体系、变招商引资为招商选资、发挥工会在保障劳动者权益中的作用。

Since some South Korea-capital enterp responsibilities, such as polluting environment seriously, rises come into Qingdao, they disregard of social evading tax, lacking integrity, violating employee＇ s rights and getting into arrears with wages. We should research into the reasons and seek countermeasures. In order to control these problems, we should establish evaluation system of social responsibihties, change strategies from attracting investment to choosing investment, and let trade unions play an important role in protecting employee＇ s rights and interests.
