摘要
以教育部实施的"卓越工程师教育培养计划"为契机,完善高职院校人才培养理念,进一步强化企业工程实践、深化校企合作模式、加强师资队伍建设、建立科学评价体系,构建与创新适应经济社会发展需要的、具有鲜明特色的"卓越技师"人才培养机制。
In order to building a characteristic training mechanism, a series of measures were taken including improving the idea about personnel training, enhancing enterprise practice, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, optimizing the teaching staff and building a scientific evaluation system based on excellent engineer education plan.
