人文关怀在无痛胃肠镜检查与治疗中的应用研究

Application research of humanistic care in painless gastroscopy

目的:探讨人文关怀在无痛胃肠镜诊治过程中的护理效果。方法:将690例病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组345例,观察组病人在诊治前、诊治后及整个过程中均给予人文关怀及人性化的护理,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较两者的护理效果。结果:观察组病人的紧张、焦虑情绪均明显轻于对照组。结论:在无痛胃肠镜检查与治疗过程中给予人文关怀及人性化的护理,可以帮助病人克服心理障碍,增加病人的依从性,同时又能体现"以人为本、以病人为中心"的服务理念,效果满意。

Objective：To explore the nursing effect of humanistic care in diagnosis and treatment of painless gastroscopy. Methods：Six hundred and nighty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 345 cases in each group. Observation group cases were given humanistic cares and humanistic nursing care measures before and after treatment and the whole treatment process, and control group cases received traditional care methods. Then, the two groupg nursing effect was compared. Results ： Patients in observation group completed successfully treatment with a smooth, comfortable, quiet, no memory and painless condition, and no adverse reactions occurred. The tension and anxiety were superior to control group. Con- clusion：Giving humanistic care and humanistic nursing measures in painless gastroscopy could help patients to overcome psychological barrier, increase patient compliance, and embody the essence of modem nursing ＂people -oriented, patient-centered＂. And the result was satisfactory and worth implicating in clinic.
