农业上市公司资本结构改进研究

Optimization Research on Capital Structure of Agricultural Listed Companies

以主营业务和上市时间为标准筛选农业上市公司研究样本。利用数据包络分析方法研究资本的投入产出情况。样本中多数企业处于相对无效率状态。样本中75%的企业出现总负债指标的投入冗余。农业上市公司多数没有利用好负债。最后以效率最低的四家企业为例说明了利用模型结果调整资本结构的方法。

This paper chooses research sample based on the major business and time to market, Data envelopment analysis method was used to study the input and output of capital. Most enterprises in the sample are in a relatively inefficient state. 75% enterprises of the sample has input re- dundancy problem at total debt index. Most agricultural listed companies did not make good use of debt. Finally ,this paper take the four compa hies at lowest efficiency as an example to illustrates the use of model results to adjust the capital structure of the method.
