电量峰谷比变动对基本电售电收入贡献率的数学推导与证明——以YM发电公司为例

The Mathematic Deduction and Proof of the Contribution Rate of the Change of the Time-of-Use Ratio of Electricity Quantity Bringing to the Sales Income of Basic-electricity ——The case study of YM power Co.,Ltd

阐述了在实行峰谷分时电价政策情况下研究电量峰谷比变动对基本电售电收入影响程度的重要意义,给出了基本电售电收入变动对电量峰谷比变动弹性系数的定义与计算公式,应用数学模型推导出了YM发电公司基本电售电收入变动率与电量峰谷比变动率之间的函数关系,并利用YM发电公司实现峰谷分时电价盈亏平衡条件下的电量峰谷比与基本电售电收入,证明了这一推导过程与结果的正确性与合理性。

First, this paper elaborates the profound meaning of studing the degree of influence that the change of the time oguse ratio of electricity quantity brings to the sales income of basic-electricity under the policy of time-of-use electricity pricing. Next, the definition and calculation formula of the elasticity coefficient of it are presented. Then, by applling mathematic model, this paper deduces the function relation between the rate of change of the sales income of basic-electricity and that of the time-of-use ratio of electricity quantity in YM Power Co. , Ltd. Finally, by making use of the time-of-use ratio of electricity quantity and the sales income of basic-electricity under the condition of the equilibrium of profit and loss in that Co. , Ltd, this paper proves that the deduction process and results are both correct and reasonable.
