新型水力驱动消防排烟风机的设计与研究

摘要 新型水力驱动消防排烟风机利用消防车提供的水流,以水涡轮机为原动力代替电动机驱动风扇转动,达到排烟目的。水涡轮机由蜗壳、涡轮室、涡轮,喷嘴,进水管、出水管,传动轴等组成。涡壳和涡轮室由前壳体和设有变断面椭圆形蜗道的后壳体密封连接后形成;喷嘴焊接在前壳体的内壁上;涡轮安装在涡轮室中,涡轮轴与风扇同轴,以两个轴承支撑;后壳体上装有进水管和出水管,进水管和出水管端头装有卡扣。设计利用90m水头,使排烟扇主轴转速达到2600r/min,排烟量为24000m3/h,其结构简单、水力效率高、移动方便、水流循环使用,可节约大量的消防水资源。 New hydraulic driven fire smoke exhaust fans used fire engines to provide currents, replace the motor-driven fan with water turbines as prime movers, achieve the purpose of smoke. The water turbines comprises turbine shell , turbine room, turbine , nozzles, inlet pipe ,outlet pipe, driize shafts and other components. The turbine shell and the turbine room were formed by a sealed connection, which jointed by the front shell body and has variable section oval spiral road of the back shell body; Nozzles were welded on within wall of the front shell body; The turbine in stalled in the turbine room, The turbine and fan were installed on a same axis, which supported by two bearings; The inlet pipe and the outlet pipe installed on the back shell body, At the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe end all have a buckle. The design used 90m high water pressure, bringing the exhaust fan speed to 2600r/min, the smoke exhaust was24000 m3/h. New hydraulic-driven ire smoke exhaust ans had simple structure and high hydraulic efficiency, easy to move, water recycling, can save a lot of fire-fighting water resources.
