论高职院校的创业教育——以农学类专业为例

创业教育是指以开发和提高学生创业素质为基本目标,培养学生从事创业活动所必须具备的知识、能力和心理品质的教育思想,是素质教育、创新教育的发展和深化,是素质教育在知识经济时代的具体要求。其结果是培养具有开创个性,符合社会发展需要的,能独立进行思考、判断并付诸行动的创新型人才。在高职农学类专业对人才培养模式进行改革,开展创业教育研究,对培养新型基层农业人才和新农村建设,将具有重要的现实意义。

Entrepreneurship education aims to develop and improve the students＇ entrepreneurial quality and cultivate the basic knowledge, ability and psychological quality of them. It is not only the development and deenpening of innovation education but also the specific requirement of character building education in the era of knowledge economy. In that way, more innovative talents could be cultured with creative personality and the basic ability needed in society. So it is very important to reform the cuhivative pattern for agronomy speciality in vocational and technical college, especially for the training of agricultural talents in basic levels and the con- struction of new countryside.
