老年慢性肾功能衰竭早期诊断中血清胱抑素C检测的意义

To explore the clinical significance of Cys-C'testing for the elderly' chronic renal failure'early diagnosis

目的探讨在辅助诊断老年慢性肾功能衰竭时,检测血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)指标的临床意义。方法选择2012年1月-8月在我院诊断为慢性肾功能衰竭的60例患者为实验组,选择同期健康体检者60例为对照组,分别检测血清样本中Cys-C、尿素(UREA)、肌酐(CREA)和尿酸(UA),并对结果进行比较分析。结果实验组患者血清样本中Cys-C、UREA、CREA和UA浓度与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),实验组各检测指标浓度水平均高于对照组;实验组中Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者血清中Cys-C浓度明显高于Ⅰ期患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰ期患者Cys-C浓度水平增长比其他相关指标(UREA、CREA和UA)更加明显(P<0.05)。结论血清Cys-C可以作为辅助诊断老年早期慢性肾功能衰竭的重要指标,并有助于判断病情轻重,为临床诊治提供重要依据。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of Cys-C; testing for the elderly; chronic renal failureear- ly diagnosis. Methods Choosing 60 cases of patients with chronic renal failure for the experimental group and 60 cases healthy check-up for the control group, and all testing the Cys-C, UREA,CREA, UA, then comprehensive analysis of the results. Results The Cys-C,UREA,CREA and UA of the experimental group are all significantly higher than the control group （P〈0. 05 ）;the patients of [I , HI, IV period of Cys-C are significantly higher than the I period （P〈 0.05） ; the patients of I period,Cys-C＇increasing is more than the other indica＇cors （UREA,CREA,UA） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a good indicators of Cys-C for auxiliary diagnosing the elderly;chronic renal failure; early diagno- sis,and helpful diagnosing the disease severity,providing the important basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
