实时三维经食管超声检测二尖瓣对合高度指数的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前二尖瓣脱垂的外科治疗主要有两种方法,二尖瓣置换术和二尖瓣成形术。二尖瓣成形术较置换术有很多优势,前者保留了二尖瓣复合体的完整性,使术后左心室功能恢复较好,且不需要长期抗凝,减少了抗凝相关出血的危险,大大提高了患者的生活质量。但是二尖瓣成形术后患者的长期随访结果并不十分理想,随访期达10年以上的二尖瓣成形术后患者,再次发生严重二尖瓣反流而需要手术的患者竟高达10%至16%。本研究针对二尖瓣成形术的现状需求,通过三维图像切割获得二维图像,测量术后复跳即刻二尖瓣对合高度指数,探讨其实时评价二尖瓣成形术效果的可行性及临床意义。
