急性冠脉综合征患者肌钙蛋白I、超敏CRP、脑钠肽水平变化及临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 急性冠脉综合征(ACS),是一种因为冠状动脉血流突然受阻、不稳定斑块糜烂和破裂等引发的急性心肌缺血的现象[1]。该病是一个范围较广的连续疾病谱,处于动态的、不稳定变化中,其发病率和死亡率呈逐年上升的趋势,得到了越来越广泛的关注。ACS是一类包括不同临床特征、危险性和预后性的症候群,肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)是心肌仅有的特异性抗原,为心肌损伤的标志物,具有高度的灵敏性和特异性;
