罕见的45,X/46,X,r(Y)1例

摘要 1临床资料．患者男，5岁，于2005年足月刨宫产，重约3900克，系第一胎，生后发现眼球发育异常。查体：小眼球，智力低下，语言障碍，性格暴躁易怒，行为怪异，其余体征均正常。外生殖器为男性，B超显示无隐睾，盆腔内无子宫发育，但是因其年纪尚幼，不能做精子方面的相关检查。患儿父母非近亲婚配，父母智力均正常，染色体核型也正常，
