浙江省高校大学生医疗保障现状及对策分析

Present Situation and Countermeasure Analysis in Zhejiang of College Students' Health Care

通过对浙江省当前大学生医疗保障现状的分析,发现存在缺乏统一的保障制度、国家对大学生医疗保障投入不足、现有保障水平较低、不同群体待遇水平差异大以及高校医疗机构力量薄弱等问题,提出应建立门诊和住院统筹的大学生社会医疗保险制度,并以商业医疗保险和大病医疗补助为补充,构建一个多层次的大学生医疗保障体系。

Based on analysis on the present situation of Zhejiang college students＇ health care, it points out me exlsung provLcms such as lack of unified security system, insufficiency of state investment, low safeguard level, big benefit difference of different groups, weakness of college medical institutions and so on. It puts forward to establish a social medical insurance system of college students including outpatient and inpatient with commercial medical insurance and serious illness Medicaid as supplement, to construct a multi-level medical security system for undergraduates.
