苏州市相城区中学生乙肝认知度及歧视行为调查研究

Investigation and Study on Middschool Students' Cognition and Discrimination of Hepatitis B of Xiangcheng District in Suzhou

目的了解苏州市相城区中学生乙肝认知度、歧视现状以及产生乙肝歧视的影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,随机抽取苏州市相城区两所中学一、二年级共50个班的学生作为调查对象。结果对乙肝知识认知度进行评分(以调查表中第12~17题和第34题定为打分题。以20分为满分,低于12分为不合格),其中合格者占49.9%,不合格者占50.1%。在对中学生产生乙肝偏见的原因调查中:对疾病的恐惧和缺乏了解、有关乙肝的偏见和传说、联想到乙肝感染者可能是由于某种不良行为引起以及乙肝无法治愈的事实的比例分别占77.1%、67.4%、57.8%和41.4%。结论苏州市相城区中学生对于乙肝的认知度不高。对疾病的恐惧和缺乏了解、对乙肝传播的偏见和传说及容易传染别人是造成中学生乙肝歧视的主要原因。因此,应加大反歧视行动力度,制定策略开展学校宣传和教育,提高中学生的乙肝认知度,减少歧视行为。

OBJECTIVE To survey Suzhou Xiangcheng District middle school students＇ hepatitis B discrimination cognitive, current situation and influence factors. METHODS Using a stratified random sampling method, students were randomly selected from two middle schools in Suzhou Xiangcheng District first and second grade 50 classes for the survey. RESULTS Awareness score （questionnairing among the 12th^17th and 34th questions for the scoring title. The total score is 20, less than 12 score is failure）, number of qualified is 49.9 percent, number of failed is 50.1 percent. In the survey of hepatitis B discrimination on the students＇ reasons： the fear of illness and lack of knowledge, bias and legends related to hepatitis B, associate to hepatitis B infection may be caused by some bad behavior, the fact that hepatitis B could not be cured, easily infect others and irresponsible media coverage respectively 77.1%, 67.4%, 57.8% and 41.4%. CONCLUSION Students in Suzhou Xiangcheng District for the hepatitis B awareness is not high. The fear of illness and lack of knowledge, bias and legends related to hepatitis B and easily infect others are the main reasons for the discrimination of high school students hepatitis B. Therefore, it is needed to increase the affirmative action, make school publicity and education strategy, improve the studengs＇ awareness of hepatitis B, reduce discrimination.
