摘要
建立了基于热解吸-气相色谱-质谱联用(TD.GC.MS)测定布绒玩具中38种致敏性芳香剂的快速筛查方法。样品无需前处理,采用直接热解吸进样,经气相色谱质谱测定其在一定条件下的挥发量,外标法定量。各物质线性范围在0.005—10μg(相关系数均大于0.99),定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)在0.05~0.5mg/kg之间。另外,本研究建立了挥发量与总量之间的相关性方程,实现了通过挥发量对残留量的合理预测。将本方法应用于实际玩具样品的检测,结果满意。
A novel method based on thermal desorption coupled with gas (TD-GC-MS) was developed for the rapid screening of thirty-eight fragran chromatography/mass spectrometry ce allergens in plush toys. Samples were directly subjected to thermal desorption without complicated pretreatment, and then the volatilization amount at certain condition was determined by GC-MS with the external standard method. The results of all compounds showed good linearity in the range of 0.005-10 μg. The limits of quantification (LOQ, S/N= 10) were 0.05-0.5 mg/kg. The correlation equation between the volatilization amount and the total residue amount was proposed and developed to conclude the total residue amount from the volatilization amount. This method has been applied to determine fragrance allergens in plush toys sample with good results.
