摘要
用硅烷偶联剂KH-550对纳米SiO2和纳米TiO2进行偶联改性,对改性产物进行TG和FTIR表征,并分别添加到质量比为50/50的PET/PBT共混物中,研究了改性纳米SiO2和纳米TiO2在PET/PBT聚酯合金中的分散性,二者对PET/PBT聚酯合金的酯交换行为、熔融和结晶性能的影响,并将所有这些性能与改性前的做对比。结果表明,KH-550对纳米SiO2和纳米TiO2来说是一种有效的偶联改性剂,相对于改性前来说,改性后的纳米SiO2和纳米TiO2在PET/PBT聚酯合金中有着更好的分散性,二者的添加对PET和PBT在熔融共混过程中酯交换行为的影响变化并不大,熔融峰和结晶峰较强,熔点略有升高,而结晶温度略有降低。
Nano-silica and nano-titania were modified by KH-550 silane coupling agent, the modified products were characterized by TG and FTIR and then were added into the blend of 50/50 (W/W) of PET/ PBT. The dispersion of the modified nano-silica and nano-titania in the PET/PBT alloy was studied. The effects on the trans-esterification behavior, the melting and crystallization behavior of PET/PBT alloy were studied; what's more, all of these properties were compared with the blend of PET/PBT that added unmodified nano-silica and nano-titania. The results showed that, KH-550 was efficient in the modification of nano-silica and nano-titania, compared with the unmodified nano-silica and nano-titania, the modified nano- silica and nano-titania showed better dispersion in the PET/PBT alloy, and they didn't affect the trans- esterification behavior in the melt blending process of PET and PBT, the melting peak and crystallization peak were strengthened, the melting temperature increased, but the crystallization temperature decreased.
