摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)粉料为原料,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)、氧化钕(Nd2O3)为接枝促进剂,采用反应挤出的方法制备高熔体强度聚丙烯(HMSPP)。研究了稀土氧化物Nd2O3在熔融接枝体系中促进接枝效率和提高熔体强度的作用。红外光谱结果表明,加入Nd2O3后聚丙烯的接枝率明显提高;同时在相同条件下加入Nd2O3后,改性样品的熔体强度是纯PP的5倍。
With Polypropylene (PP) and neodymium oxide (Nd2O3) as graft effects of Nd2O3 in improving the grafting was found the melt strength grafting degree of PETA of the samole containing powder as the raw material, pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA) accelerator, high melt strength polypropylene were prepared. The rate and melt strength in the melting graft system were studied. It was increased when Nd2O3 was added to the system. Meanwhile, the melt strength of the sample containing Nd 20 3 was five times more than that of the pure PP.
