树脂基低摩擦因数摩阻材料研究 被引量:2

摘要 在改性酚醛树脂体系中加入钼碳磷酸盐作为减摩降磨材料,制备了系列力学性能优异且磨损率低的低摩擦因数摩阻材料。分别研究了树脂含量、钼碳磷酸盐用量对树脂基摩阻材料力学性能和摩擦性能的影响。结果表明,树脂含量为20%,MoC为6%所制备的低摩擦因数摩阻材料兼具优异的力学性能和摩擦学性能,其冲击强度为3.7 kJ/m2,摩擦因数为0.213,磨损率为1.7×10-9cm3/(N·m)。 Serials of friction materials with low friction factor and good mechanical properties were prepared with molybdenum-carbon phosphate as friction materials adding into modified phenolic resin. The influences of the content of modified phenolic resin and molybdenum-carbonyl phosphate on the mechanical and tribology properties were investigated. The result showed that the friction material could get excellent mechanical and tribology properties when the content of modified phenolic resin and molybdenum-carbonyl phosphate was 20% and 6%, its impact strength was 3.7 kJ/m2, the friction factor was 0. 213, the wear rate was 1.7 ×10-9cm3/Nm, respectively.
