摘要
设计了五组实验,基于材料失效的原因,采用万能试验机、弯曲疲劳实验设备,分析了不同厚度下,材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、缺口冲击韧性及弯曲疲劳性能等,发现钢丝绳最佳涂覆厚度为1-2mm范围内。接着又根据磨损疲劳实验,考察了不同材料磨损量和摩擦功,综合来看,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)质量比为85/15含母料的配方比较合适。
This paper had designed five experiments, because of failure on the material, using universal testing machine and bending fatigue test equipment, analyzed the tensile strength, elongation at break, notched impact toughness and bending fatigue performance under different thickness, find the optimum coating thickness of rope within the range 1 mm- 2 mm. Then according to the wear fatigue, the wear and friction work of different materials was studied. It showed when the mass ratio of HDPE/LDPE was 85/15, the formula was more appropriate including master batch.
