内毒素识别、内化及清除相关受体的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 内毒素(lipopolysaccharide/endotoxin ,LPS)是革兰阴性菌胞壁外膜主要成分,由3部分组成:O-特异性侧链、核心多糖和脂质A(Lipid A)。LPS进入机体后,免疫细胞可通过相关模式识别分子识别L PS ,诱发失控性炎症反应。其中,单核/吞噬细胞系统是L PS的主要效应细胞,其胞膜表面的模式识别受体是识别启动炎症反应的始动因素。肝脏是人体最大的清除外来有毒物质的器官,肝枯否细胞是全身最大的组织巨噬细胞群,是清除降解L PS的重要免疫细胞,肝窦状内皮细胞也可充当清道夫角色,可不依赖枯否细胞独立清除LPS[1]。本文就近年来有关单核/吞噬细胞系统内化清除 L PS相关受体的研究进展予以综述。
