摘要
针对FCB合金韧性不足的问题,研究了采用稀土变质处理的方法来改变硼化物在晶界的分布状态提高FCB合金韧性的措施。实验结果表明:稀土变质剂对FCB合金具有明显的变质作用。加入5%稀土变质剂后,合金中网状的耐磨硼化物转变为断网状或球团状,甚至颗粒状,细化了合金组织,韧性显著提高。
To solve the problem of toughness of FCB alloy being not enough, it is researched the way to use rare earth modification to change the distribution status of boride at grain boundary to improve the toughness of FCB alloy. It is showed from the test that the rare earth modification agent has obvious role on FCB alloy. With 5 % of the agent put in, the net - like abrasion - resistant boride in alloy is turned into like broken - net or pellet, even like grain, and so the alloy structure is fined and its toughness improved.
