承钢5#高炉投产初期稳定性差、消耗高。通过探索料制,明确操作思路,细化高炉操作,使高炉生产稳定顺行,经济技术指标稳步提升,对同类高炉有借鉴作用。
At the beginning production period of 5# blast furnace, its stability was bad, consumption high. With exploring materials system, determining operating idea and fining blast furnace operation, the produc-tion can be carried out steadily, the economic indexes got raised step by step.
