摘要
介绍了宣钢焦化厂2座焦炉的结构及使用情况,并分析了6 m焦炉炉墙出现裂缝,熔洞的原因。制定了减少或缓解炉墙裂缝、熔洞的各种对策措施,延长了焦炉使用寿命,为今后焦炉开展长寿化研究提供一些有益的经验。
it is introduced the structure and operation situation of two coke ovens in Coking Plant of Xuan Steel, analyzed the reason for cracks and melting hole on oven wall of 6 m coke oven. With various meas-ures made and carried out, the problems got solved, the working life of oven prolonged.
