摘要
针对司家营铁矿选矿一段格子型3650球磨机入料端端衬板使用寿命较短的现象,对端衬板结构和材质进行了设计和改进。改进后端衬板内外圈能够实现同步更换并延长了使用寿命,提高了设备作业率,降低了工人劳动强度。
The structure and material of end liner at entrance of 3650 grate discharge ball mill are designed and improved to prolong the work life of the liner. With that the inner and outer ring of end liner can be ex-changed at the same time, its life prolonged, the equipment work rate raised, and the labor strength of work-ers lowered.
