简述了干熄焦一次除尘器的作用及焦粉冷却、输送系统的组成。分析了一次除尘器焦粉冷却、输送系统存在的问题,通过消除系统泄漏点、增设格式密封阀清掏装置和增加潜水泵故障检修管路等措施,实现了焦粉收集、冷却和输送系统的稳定运行,提高了干熄焦率和发电量。
It is stated in simple the role of preliminary dust collector in dry coke quenching and composition of coke powder cooling and transporting system. The problems in this system are analyzed. With measures a-dopted： eliminating leakage points, appending a grid-type cleaning device for sealing valve, adding break-down checking pipeline for submersible pump, the steady operation of this system is realized and dry quench-ing rate and electric generating amount increased.
