With the deepening of the energy industry chain, the consump- tion of coal is increasing, and the amount of some small and medium-sized coal mining enterprises also increased significantly, which is extremely unfavorable for technology management and safety management of coal mining. In order to achieve the opti- mization of coal mining, stresses on analyzing the optimization techniques of modern coal mining, and analyzes the safety manage- ment of coal mine industry simultaneously, to ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mine.
