随着中国不断扩大的经济规模,能源资源也相继出现了短缺的现象,能源结构呈现不合理的状态,污染问题日趋恶化,而清洁可再生新能源有着资源丰富、安全无污染等优势。在世界能源短缺与环境日趋恶化的大环境下,应着力再生新能源的开发与使用,在能源生产与供应中逐步发挥其作用。

With the expanding economic scale of China, shortage of energy resources has appeared, energy structure also be- comes irration~, and pollution problems are worsening, but new clean renewable energy is of the advantages of rich resources, safety and no pollution. In the situation of energy shortage and environmental deterioration of the world, the development and use of new renewable energy shouht be focused on, and its effect in energy production and supply shouht be gradually exerted.
