益气养阴、活血化瘀法联合α-硫辛酸注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Chinese Herbs(Yiqiyangyin and Huoxuehuayu Therapy)Combined with α-lipoic Acid Injection in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:探讨益气养阴、活血化瘀法联合α-硫辛酸注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组采用α-硫辛酸注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气养阴、活血化瘀法治疗,两组疗程均为3 w;分析比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率、周围神经传导速度和TCSS评分。结果:经治疗后对照组总有效率为60.0%,治疗组总有效率为86.6%,两组病例治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后周围神经传导速度和TCSS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组病例均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:益气养阴、活血化瘀法联合α-硫辛酸注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病疗效优于单纯使用α-硫辛酸注射液治疗。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of Chinese herbs acid injection in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） （Yiqiyangyin and Huoxuehuayu）combined with α-lipoic Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with α-lipoic acid injection（600 mg one day）while the pa- tients in treatment group were treated with Chinese herbs（Yiqiyangyin and Huoxuehuayu）combined with α-lipoic acid in- jection. The total efficiency, sensory nerves conduction velocity （SCV）and TCSS scores of two groups were observed. Re- suits：The total efficiency in treatment group was higher than that in control group （86.6% vs 60.0%,P〈0.05）after treat- ment.Compared with control group,SCV and TCSS scores in treatment group were increased（P〈0.05 ）. No serious side ef- fect was found in two groups. Conclusion：The clinical effect of Chinese herbs （Yiqiyangyin and Huoxuehuayu）combined with α-lipoic acid injection is better than that of α-lipoic acid injection only on DPN.
