摘要 目的:考察表面活性剂协同微波提取芹菜叶黄酮的工艺。方法:通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定最佳提取条件。结果:最佳提取工艺条件:以质量分数为1.0%的十二烷基硫酸铵为提取剂,料液比为1:50,微波功率为中高火,提取时间为1 min。结论:本方法大大提高了芹菜叶黄酮的提取率。 Objective:To investigate extraction technology of total flavone in celery leaves by surfactant combining with microwave.Method:The optimum extraction conditions were determined through single factor test and orthogonal test.Result:The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:surfactant was 1.0%(mass fraction)ammonium lauryl sulfate solution and the solid-liquid ratio was 1:50.Microwave power was medium high fire and extraction time was 1 min.Conclusion:The method has obviously improved extraction rate of flavone in celery leaves.
