外侧锁定钢板加同种异体骨植骨治疗Pilon骨折疗效的观察

Curative effect observation of locking plate combined with allogeneic bone grafts in treatment of Pilon fractures

目的:探讨锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法:对55例Pilon骨折患者均择期行锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗效果进行回顾性研究。结果:55例骨折均愈合,骨折复位良好,无术后再移位现象。结论:锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗Pilon骨折效果满意,具有手术简单、固定牢靠、术后并发症少、骨折愈合良好、可早期功能锻炼等优点。

Objective： To explore curative effects of internal locking plate fixation combined with allogeneic bone grafts in treat- ment of Pilon fractures. Methods ：55 cases with Pilon fractures were treated with the internal locking plate fixation combined with allo- geneic bone grafts electively, and then the results were observed and retrospectively studied. Results： The fractures were healed in the 55 cases, fracture healing was good, and there was no postoperative redisplacement. Conclusions： The internal locking plate fixation combined with allograft bone graft in the treatment of Pilon fractures has the advantages of satisfactory effects, simple operation, firm fixation, few postoperative complications, early functional exercise, and the like.
