甘精胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价甘精胰岛素(来得时)与阿卡波糖、二甲双胍联合应用对口服降糖药控制不佳的老年2型糖尿病治疗有效性及安全性。方法:采用预混胰岛素(诺和灵30)平行对照研究,60例血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者随机分成来得时组与诺和灵30组,进行6个月的观察,定期监测FPG、2hPG、HbA1c。结果:甘精胰岛素组与预混胰岛素组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c较治疗前有明显下降,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低血糖发生率甘精胰岛素组低于预混胰岛素组(P<0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖、二甲双胍能有效控制血糖,低血糖发生率低,依从性好,适合老年人。
