Research on the operating mechanism of teaching affair administration in the distance and open education

文章根据建设开放大学的相关要求,结合当前远程开放教育教务管理现状,围绕如何巩固和发挥电大多年办学实践中形成的优势,进一步深化教学改革,强化规范管理,落实教学过程,提升人才培养质量,保证中心工作等关键问题,提出了"构建一个模式,完善两个体系,加强三项建设,树立五个意识"的建议。

This article, based on the requirements for building the Open University, tells about the current situation of the educational administrative management and how to consolidate and give full play to the advantages gained in the years of running school practice by the TVUs.
