摘要
介绍了重庆市城乡规划信息系统的建设目标,针对规划信息系统的建设目标,给出了我市城乡规划动态监管信息系统总体框架;阐述了城乡动态监管信息系统建设的基本思路和技术构架;分析了系统功能划分、数据库设计、信息化建设中的标准设计、网络与安全体系建设等问题,对遥感技术、GPS技术以及信息资源整合技术在城乡规划信息系统设计中的应用进行了讨论;探索出一套城乡规划监测变化信息的自动识别方法和体系,大大提高了城乡规划动态监测的工作效率。
In this paper, the construction goal of Chongqing Urban and Rural Information System Plan is described, on the basis of which an overall framework of Chongqing Urban and Rural Dynamic Supervision Information System Plan is put forward. Next, the ideas and technical route of the construction of Urban and Rural Dynamic Supervision Information System Plan are described. Then, such problems as the division of systematic function, design of database, standard design of informatization construction and construction of network and safety system are analyzed, and the application of remote sensing technology, GPS technology and information resource integration technology in the design of Urban and Rural Information System Plan is discussed. Finally, a set of automatic identification methods and system for urban and rural p proposed, which improves the working efficiency in urban and rural lanning supervision changing information are planning dynamic supervision greatly.
