摘要
福乐多医疗福祉事业自1994年开创至今,针对银发产业努力在营利与非营利之间找寻发展的平衡点,并以社会企业形式建立在地老化的创新服务网络,在社区形成一个紧密的服务网络,满足高龄者对多元服务与产品的需求,进而达到在地成功老化的目的。个案内容主要分析:(1)福乐多成立非营利组织的发展情形;(2)福乐多居家生活馆的运作模式。通过对福乐多发展社会企业个案的探讨,可以了解如何为高龄者提供优质的服务与专门的产品,并建立可行的在地老化服务网络,让企业获得合理的利润,开创银发产业双赢的发展道路。
FUROTO Medical ＆ Welfare has been established since 1994. FUROTO try to find the balance point between profit and non-profit development and establish innovative aging in place services network by social enter- prise. This is a close service network for the community elderly and provides diversified services and products to a- chieve the successful aging lifestyle. The case mainly focuses ： （ 1 ） FUROTO non-profit organization development. （2） FUROTO home life shop mode of operation. By discussing the FURUTO case, we can understand how to de- velop a social enterprise to provide quality services and specialized products for the elderly and establish a feasible aging in place services network. Finally, enterprises can get reasonable profits, and create a win-win development direction of senior industry.
