Tai Chi with effects of maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system, improving nervous system function, enhancing digestive function and so on. It is particularly suitable for the elderly. When practicing Tai Chi, the elderly should follow scientific guidance and demonstration by coach, enhance basic skills, master the "six cooper- ation", and combined with the actual.
